Can I use a purchase order?

Absolutely. You can enter your PO number during checkout, and it will appear on your invoice for easy reconciliation with your accounts payable department.

Is there a minimum order amount?

There is no minimum order for standard catalog items. However, customized products (logo imprinting, personalization, etc.) typically require minimum quantities. These are noted on individual product pages.

Products & Customization

How many finger traps should I order per employee?

We recommend a ratio of 1.5 finger traps per employee for organizations with standard recognition programs. This accounts for the 25% completion milestone award plus a small reserve for exceptional circumstances. For organizations with accelerated recognition schedules, consider 2.0 per employee.

Can I get my company logo on products?

Yes! Many of our products are available with custom logo imprinting. Look for the "Customizable" badge on product pages. Minimum quantities apply for customization, typically 25-100 units depending on the product. Turnaround time for custom orders is 10-14 business days.

What's included in a complete Waffle Party package?

A comprehensive Waffle Party requires: the Professional Waffle Cart, Individual Syrup Dispensers, Commemorative Plates, the Four Tempers Mask Set, Ceremonial Tablecloth, Invitation Cards, and the Ambient Lighting Kit. We recommend the Pre-Waffle Party Egg Bar Social supplies as well for the complete experience.

Are the melon cubes really pre-cut?

Yes. Our Pre-Cubed Melon arrives ready to serve—each cube is precisely 1 inch on all sides, cut by automated equipment to ensure consistency. The containers are sealed for freshness and have a 7-day refrigerated shelf life. Simply open and transfer to your Melon Bar Serving Station.

What are the Four Tempers?

The Four Tempers—Woe, Frolic, Dread, and Malice—represent the fundamental emotional states that drive workplace productivity. Our mask set allows your organization to incorporate the traditional Tempers ceremony into your Waffle Party celebrations. Each mask is handcrafted and designed by behavioral specialists.

Recognition Program Best Practices

How often should we hold Waffle Parties?

The traditional cadence is quarterly, coinciding with the "Refiner of the Quarter" recognition. However, some organizations have found success with monthly celebrations for smaller teams. The key is consistency—employees should know when to expect recognition opportunities.

What's the appropriate eraser-to-finger-trap ratio in our rewards program?

Industry best practice suggests awarding erasers at the 10% completion milestone and finger traps at 25%. This creates a clear progression that employees can anticipate. The psychological impact of the finger trap—teaching that relaxation leads to freedom—is most effective when it follows the simpler eraser reward.

Should Melon Bars be for new employees only?

Traditionally, Melon Bars serve two purposes: welcoming new team members and honoring retiring employees. However, many organizations have expanded their use to include work anniversaries, promotions, and departmental milestones. The melon's refreshing nature makes it appropriate for any celebratory occasion.

How do I get buy-in from leadership for a comprehensive recognition program?

We've prepared a detailed ROI analysis document that demonstrates the impact of structured recognition on employee retention and productivity. Contact our sales team to receive a copy, along with case studies from organizations similar to yours.
