These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Incentive Supply Depot, including organizations that establish corporate accounts.

2. Corporate Accounts

Incentive Supply Depot operates on a business-to-business (B2B) model. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to make purchases on behalf of your organization.

Corporate accounts are subject to credit approval. We reserve the right to decline account applications or limit credit at our discretion. Account holders are responsible for all purchases made under their account.

Payment terms are NET-30 from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month.

3. Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping, handling, or applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when the order ships from our facility.

4. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Colors may appear differently on different monitors. Actual products may vary slightly from images shown.

Product specifications are subject to change without notice as we continuously improve our offerings.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect all shipments upon receipt and report any damage within 48 hours.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is detailed on our Returns & Exchanges page. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of our return policy.

Custom and personalized items are non-returnable. Perishable items cannot be returned for quality reasons.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Incentive Supply Depot or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Incentive Supply Depot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for how our products are used in your workplace recognition programs. The effectiveness of any incentive program depends on many factors beyond our control.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Incentive Supply Depot, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our products or services, or your violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kier County, Pennsylvania.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
