Pre-Cubed Melon (Case of 12 Containers)

The Melon Bar tradition demands consistency, and our pre-cubed melon delivers exactly that. Each container holds precisely 2 pounds of honeydew and cantaloupe, cut into uniform 1-inch cubes by our automated processing facility.

The cubing process has been refined over decades to achieve the optimal balance between surface area (for flavor release) and structural integrity (for toothpick stability). Our melons are sourced from approved agricultural partners and undergo rigorous ripeness testing before processing.

Each case contains 12 sealed containers with a 7-day refrigerated shelf life. The containers are designed to fit standard Melon Bar serving stations (sold separately). For new employee welcomes, we recommend 0.5 containers per attendee. For retirement celebrations, increase to 0.75 containers to account for the emotional significance of the occasion.
